Four Seasons Yachts is taking another step in expanding its ultra-luxury fleet. Together with Fincantieri, the brand has announced the construction of a third ultra-luxury ship, scheduled for delivery in 2031. The new ship highlights the growing demand for exclusive cruise experiences that combine luxury hospitality with the freedom of travelling at sea.
The agreement, which remains subject to financing and other customary conditions, represents a large cruise order for Fincantieri, with a value between €500 million and €1 billion.
A New Era of Ultra-Luxury Cruising
The new vessel will be built at Fincantieri’s Ancona shipyard and will become the third ship in a new class of ultra-luxury hospitality vessels. The project builds on the success of Four Seasons I, the first vessel developed under this innovative concept, as well as a second ship scheduled to enter service at the beginning of 2028.
The new order further strengthens the long-standing partnership between Fincantieri and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, while supporting the development of a new category of luxury travel that combines five-star hospitality, residential design and a private-yacht atmosphere.
All-Suite Design Focused on Ocean Views
The new vessel will feature the same all-suite, residential-style concept that defines the first ships in the class. Measuring approximately 207 metres in length and around 34,000 gross tons, the ship will offer spacious suites designed to maximize guests’ connection with the ocean.
Large private terraces, open-air living spaces and carefully designed interiors will create a refined onboard environment focused on privacy, comfort and personalised service.
Fincantieri Strengthens Ultra-Luxury Shipbuilding Leadership
According to Pierroberto Folgiero, the new order represents another important milestone in the collaboration between Fincantieri and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings: “This new order marks another significant step in the development of our partnership with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, which has become a benchmark for innovation in luxury hospitality at sea.”
The construction of the vessel at the Ancona shipyard further reinforces the facility’s position as Fincantieri’s centre of excellence for ultra-luxury shipbuilding, combining innovation, craftsmanship and advanced engineering.
