New cruise opportunities on board AIDAbella and AIDAvita

AIDA Cruises has changed the routes of two ships, providing new cruise opportunities. AIDAbella is positioned in the Western Mediterranean while the smaller AIDAvita will sail the Emirates.

AIDAbella

From March 10 to April 30, 2020, AIDAbella is departing from Palma de Mallorca to sail the western Mediterranean on four- to five-day cruises that may also be combined into one nine-day cruise. Highlights on these cruises include the fascinating cities Barcelona and Rome/Civitavecchia. Further destinations, such as the picturesque Sète in the French Camargue region, Olbia in Sardinia, and Ajaccio, the capital of Corsica, are also on the program.

On May 4, 2020, the ship is then departing from Palma on its 13-day transfer voyage to Kiel where the summer season begins on May 17, 2020.

AIDAvita

With AIDAvita, guests can explore sheikdoms that are thousands of years old and modern metropolises of the Orient, starting from March 7 or 16, 2020. The port of departure and arrival is Dubai (UAE) with an overnight stay right at the beginning of the cruise.

The further program includes fascinating destinations, such as Doha (Qatar) and Khalifa Bin Salman at the gates of Manama, the capital of Bahrain. With Muscat and Khasab, two ports are visited in the Sultanate of Oman. AIDAvita is spending the night in Abu Dhabi (UAE) with plenty of time for excursions in the region surrounding the bustling metropolis or relaxing hours on the beach.

After a visit to the shipyard in Dubai, AIDAvita will begin the spring and summer season. On April 14, 2020, it’s “cast off” for the 19-day transfer voyage from Dubai to Palma de Mallorca.
