A new look for Costa Cruises

This year Costa Cruises is celebrating its 70th anniversary. To mark this special occasion the Italian cruise line is decorating its entire fleet with a new logo.

Costa Cruises’ new logo was first introduced at the announcement of Costa Smeralda, the first fully LNG powered ship that will join the Costa fleet in October 2019. Characterised by a fluid green, white and red wave, the new logo not only pays tribute to the Italian origin of the cruise line but is also a symbol of what guests can expect once they set foot on board Costa Cruises, Italy’s Finest.

The first ship to carry the new branding is Costa Mediterranea. The bow of the ship was painted with the stylized Italian flag as well as the name of the ship, in a new font and larger lettering, while she was in port in Marseille (France) and Savona (Italy).

Costa Cruises plans to add the new look to the entire fleet by the end of the year.
