Costa Cruises is rewarding travelers who book the 98- or 100-day segment of its 2027 World Cruise from San Francisco, California, with a limited-time promotion featuring onboard savings and bonus loyalty points. Bookings must be made by May 5, 2026, to take advantage of the offer.
While the full World Cruise aboard Costa Deliziosa departs Savona, Italy, Nov. 25, 2026, on a 139-day journey, these new options for 2027 depart from San Francisco Jan. 3, 2027, offering a unique 100-day segment ending at Savona or a 98-day segment disembarking in Barcelona, Spain. Departing from California allows North American guests to easily access the World Cruise without an international flight.
To entice North American cruisers to embark on an Italian-style around-the-world adventure, Costa is offering exceptional rewards for guests booking the segments embarking in San Francisco. The exclusive promotion includes up to $2,000 onboard credit per cabin ($1,000 per person, double occupancy) that can be used on dining, spa treatments, shore excursions and more. Guests enrolled in C|Club, Costa’s loyalty program, also receive 15,000 bonus C|Club points to put toward future cruises.
Explore the World with Costa

The 98- and 100-day segments of the 2027 World Cruise sail an awe-inspiring westward route across the globe, offering immersive experiences to unique and memorable destinations. Throughout the voyage, overnight and multi-day calls in iconic cities—including San Francisco; Tokyo, Japan; Sydney, Australia; and Hong Kong, China—ensure guests have ample time to truly experience each destination.
After departing San Francisco, Costa Deliziosa ventures into the vast Pacific Ocean, calling at Maui and Oahu, Hawaii, before continuing through Oceania, where highlights include Australia and New Caledonia.
The journey continues to the heart of Asia, visiting Japan’s extraordinary cities (with an optional five-day overland tour taking guests through Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagasaki, Hakone and Mount Fuji) followed by calls in South Korea, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia. After exploring Sri Lanka and the Maldives, the ship will sail the Indian Ocean before heading to South Africa, where a safari experience awaits in Port Elizabeth. To wrap up the World Cruise, the ship returns to the Mediterranean, concluding an epic journey along the west coast of Africa in a northerly direction, ending at Barcelona April 10 or Savona April 12, 2027.
