Scenic Group has announced the launch of Scenic & Emerald Rewards, a new global loyalty program debuting on February 10, 2026. This initiative merges the existing Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER memberships into a single, integrated platform.
Glen Moroney, Scenic Group Founder & Chairman, stated: “Our new loyalty program offers a simplified tier structure, allowing members to earn status points across all Scenic and Emerald ocean, river, and escorted land journeys. Spanning seven continents and over 100 countries, this program enables members to consolidate their points into one unique account to earn and redeem special rewards globally.”
Developed using feedback from members and travel advisors, the program introduces MyRewards, a feature that assigns monetary value to points for easier redemption, alongside enhanced recognition and communication.
New Loyalty Program Highlights
Unified Membership: Earn points across all Scenic and Emerald Cruises & Tours journeys.
Combined Tiers: Existing status points from both brands will be merged into a single, streamlined member tier.
Simplified Structure: A clearer points system makes it easier for guests to manage their status and redeem rewards.
MyRewards Feature: Guests earn actual monetary value on every booking to apply toward future cruises, tours, or land journeys.
Seamless Transition for Members
Effective February 10, 2026, all memberships will transition automatically into the Scenic & Emerald Rewards program. Guest tiers will be calculated by combining existing status points from both previous programs. Following the launch, Scenic and Emerald Cruises will contact members via email to provide updated details on their tier status, points balance, and new benefits.
