Princess Cruises is significantly expanding its Europe programme for the 2027 season, offering an extensive collection of 48 voyages to 54 incredible destinations across 18 countries. Running from April to August 2027, the enhanced programme is designed to offer travelers more flexibility and variety than ever before, featuring brand-new itineraries and the line’s most immersive European voyages to date.
A Robust Fleet Presence in Northern Europe
The 3,560-guest Regal Princess returns to the region as a cornerstone of the 2027 deployment. It is one of four Princess ships – alongside Majestic Princess, Sky Princess, and Caribbean Princess – operating dedicated programmes across the British Isles, the Baltics, Iceland, Norway, and Scandinavia. This expanded presence underscores Princess’ leadership in the region, positioning the brand to take more guests to Northern Europe than any other North American cruise line.
The Regal Princess will offer a series of combinable voyages, giving guests the freedom to create a personalized European holiday. These itineraries vary from roundtrip sailings out of Southampton and Copenhagen to open-jaw voyages that begin and end in different countries, such as Helsinki and Reykjavik.
Record-Breaking Itineraries and Coolcation Adventures

The 2027 season highlights the trend of the coolcation, with a focus on the scenic fjords and historic capitals of the north. The programme features itineraries ranging from seven to 64 nights, including standout journeys such as:
- The Ultimate European Journey: A 64-night voyage sailing roundtrip from Southampton, representing the line’s most immersive European journey ever offered.
- Northern Europe Explorer: A 49-night itinerary sailing roundtrip from Southampton or Copenhagen, featuring overnights in Stockholm and Cobh, the gateway to the legendary Blarney Castle.
- British Isles & Icelandic Fjords Explorer: A 25-night voyage departing June 15, 2027, from Reykjavik to Copenhagen, calling at the Orkney Islands, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, and Hamburg.

Deep Cultural Connection Through Shore Excursions
To complement the maritime experience, Princess Cruises has developed exclusive shore excursions that allow guests to connect more deeply with their destinations. In the British Isles, guests can experience Cork City sights with a Jameson Whiskey Ambassador or explore the Ultimate Scottish Highlands and Loch Ness.
In Iceland and Norway, travelers can bathe in the Blue Lagoon, visit the Godafoss Waterfall, or cruise to Vigur Island. Meanwhile, the Baltics and Scandinavia offerings include forest trekking with huskies, visiting the artisans of Tallinn, and exploring the Oliwa Cathedral in Gdansk.
By offering a mix of UNESCO World Heritage sites, world-class capitals, and smaller hidden gems like Seyðisfjörður, the 2027 programme provides guests with more ways to explore Europe than ever before. This season is designed to be the most varied and flexible in the company’s history, allowing travelers to choose the style of adventure that best suits their needs.
