
Explora Journeys has announced the next phase of Explora Club – its elevated loyalty programme designed to reward discerning travellers seeking more than just a cruise.
Launched in April 2025, Explora Club features a seamless five-tier structure – Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond – with each level unlocking a carefully curated collection of benefits. Members enjoy everything from early access to new journeys and bespoke onboard events to personalised surprises and meaningful savings on future voyages.
As of July 2025, guests can now view their points and status through the dedicated “My Explora Account” on the cruise line’s website. Points are earned through weighted nights at sea (multiplied by suite category), pre-booked or onboard “Destination Experiences,” and eligible purchases including Ocean Wellness treatments, boutique shopping, fine beverages, laundry, and exclusive culinary moments.
Tailored benefits that go beyond the ordinary
From the moment they step aboard, Explora Club Members are welcomed with elegant touches designed to make their experience deeply personal. Guests at the Classic level already enjoy a personalised welcome, exclusive gifts, and member-only offers. Those at Silver and above receive additional perks such as birthday surprises, priority service at the Explora Experience Centre, and invitations to intimate cocktail receptions with the ship’s leadership.
At higher tiers, benefits become even more exclusive. Gold-level members receive complimentary laundry and surprise turndown rituals. Platinum guests enjoy behind-the-scenes bridge tours and Journey Experience Credit that can be used toward Ocean Wellness or Destination Experiences. Diamond members are treated to private transfers, suite upgrades, culinary events such as caviar tastings or chef-hosted dinners, and even a complimentary week-long journey for two.
Every benefit reflects Explora Journeys’ “Ocean State of Mind” philosophy – where emotional connection, cultural immersion and ultra-personalised service define the experience.
Explora Club status match now includes Oceania Cruises
To make luxury cruising more accessible from the first voyage, Explora Journeys has expanded its status match programme. Travellers who hold elite status with other luxury cruise lines – now including Oceania Cruises – can enjoy equivalent tier recognition within Explora Club. This initiative reflects the high demand from guests and strengthens Explora Journeys’ position as a top-tier choice for luxury travellers. Eleven cruise brands are currently recognised within the status match framework. These include: Seabourn, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Silversea, Crystal Cruises, Ponant, Seadream Yacht Club, Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Oceania Cruises and MSC Cruises.
