Atlas Ocean Voyages Unveils Expansive Europe Collection for 2028

Atlas Ocean Voyages has unveiled its Europe 2028 collection, featuring 37 Epicurean and Cultural Expeditions that introduce travelers to iconic European destinations as well as lesser-known coastal gems. The voyages combine immersive destination experiences with the comfort of intimate luxury expedition yachts.

The new collection expands Atlas Ocean Voyages’ presence in the Baltic, with itineraries visiting historic capitals, medieval towns and charming coastal communities. The season also marks the company’s return to Egypt and Turkey. New for 2028 is Lavrion, Greece, as an embarkation port, providing convenient access to Athens while allowing Atlas Ocean Voyages’ intimate yachts to offer a more personal experience than larger cruise ships operating in the region.

The collection introduces 12 new ports of call: Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Boulogne-sur-Mer in France; Lavrion and Poros in Greece; Casamicciola Terme on Ischia and Agropoli in Italy; Ostend in Belgium; Fjällbacka and Ystad in Sweden; Saaremaa in Estonia; Svolvær in Norway’s Lofoten Islands; and Naxos in Greece.

Sailing from April through September 2028, the collection spans the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. Carefully crafted itineraries combine celebrated landmarks with boutique ports that are difficult for larger cruise ships to reach. Guests can look forward to 26 overnight stays, visits to 13 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and a range of Atlas Experiences both ashore and onboard. The addition of new destinations further reflects the company’s commitment to authentic cultural discovery.

“Our Europe 2028 collection reflects exactly what today’s luxury traveler is seeking: deeper cultural connections, authentic local experiences, and access to remarkable destinations that larger ships simply cannot reach,” said James A. Rodriguez, President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Ocean Voyages. “These itineraries are intentionally designed around Europe’s extraordinary boutique ports and lesser-discovered coastal communities, where every arrival feels personal and every destination tells a richer story. From returning to iconic destinations like Egypt and Istanbul to introducing exceptional new harbors throughout the Mediterranean and Northern Europe, this collection invites guests to experience Europe in a far more immersive and meaningful way.”
