Regent Seven Seas Cruises unveils details of the all-new Solara Sports Deck and the redesigned Solara Pool Deck aboard Seven Seas Prestige. Making its debut in December 2026, this highly anticipated vessel marks the ultra-luxury cruise line’s first new ship class in a decade. The custom-designed outdoor spaces introduce a sophisticated approach to open-air living, offering a perfect balance of active relaxation and stylish serenity high above the waves.
Active Luxury on the Solara Sports Deck
The Solara Sports Deck marks a significant milestone as Regent’s first named sports deck. Located on Deck 14 at the very top of the ship, this impressive deck brings a vibrant energy to the outdoor amenities. Guests can stay active and relax while taking in panoramic ocean views. The deck features a full-size padel and pickleball court with endless sea views, a spacious 18-hole putting green for golf enthusiasts, an open-air area for sunrise and sunset yoga, and a digital gaming system with two side-by-side Conductr Supercharged Shuffleboard units.

The sports areas are elegantly integrated into the ship’s overall design. Standard sports netting has been replaced by polished wooden surrounds, architectural panels, and lush greenery. As dusk falls, custom LED lighting subtly transforms the deck into an atmospheric social hub for evening games and stargazing. At the aft of the ship, a sheltered social pavilion also invites guests to enjoy mini-bowling, chess, baggo, and table tennis.
Space and Relaxation on the Solara Pool Deck
The centrally located Solara Pool Deck on Deck 12 serves as a natural, sun-drenched extension of the luxurious interior. Inspired by the successful design structures of the Explorer-Class ships, this deck utilizes a two-tier lounging concept centered around an impressive 15-by-9-meter swimming pool and two whirlpools. Just steps away, guests can enjoy an outdoor culinary experience at the upscale Solara Pool Grill, featuring an artisanal pizzeria, or the Solara Pool Bar, serving premium beverages as part of Regent’s all-inclusive offering. The upper pool deck on Deck 14 also provides direct access to two key specialty restaurants, namely the Pan-Asian favorite Pacific Rim and the brand-new Mediterranean restaurant Azure.
About Seven Seas Prestige
Seven Seas Prestige is designed around the concept of Unrivaled Space at Sea. The ship is 40 percent larger than previous Regent vessels while welcoming only 10 percent more guests. With a gross tonnage of 77,000, the ship accommodates a maximum of 411 suites, attended to by 630 crew members. This provides one of the highest space-to-guest and crew-to-guest ratios in the cruise industry. Aboard the ship are 12 different categories of veranda suites, including four entirely new concepts such as the Skyview Regent Suite – the largest ultra-luxury all-inclusive suite ever featured on a cruise ship. The Inaugural Season
Seven Seas Prestige will depart on December 13, 2026, for its inaugural cruise from Barcelona. This festive 14-night transatlantic voyage will set sail for Miami. During the inaugural season, guests will discover the sun-drenched destinations of the Caribbean, the spectacular Panama Canal route, and the coastal beauty of the Iberian Peninsula and France.
