Building on the acclaimed culinary vision of EXPLORA I and EXPLORA II, the new luxury ship introduces an even more expressive approach to gastronomic excellence — characterized by curiosity, personalization, and emotional connection.

At the heart of EXPLORA III’s culinary vision is The Cellar by Explora Journeys, an intimate and welcoming wine experience built around curiosity, exchange, and pure enjoyment. With nearly 350 labels, it offers the most extensive and carefully curated wine collection at sea, featuring a depth and diversity unmatched within the industry.
Rather than focusing exclusively on classic prestige wines, the selection combines legendary icons such as Pétrus, Château Le Pin, Harlan Estate, and Screaming Eagle with surprising discoveries from emerging and lesser-known wine regions including Lebanon, England, Hungary, Romania, Japan, and China. The experience moves effortlessly between tradition and new horizons, celebrating both internationally renowned producers and indigenous grape varieties that guests may be tasting for the first time. Approximately one-third of the collection comes from the New World, bringing freshness, dynamism, and a globally curious perspective to the experience.
The sommeliers bring this world to life through intuitive and highly personalized guidance, helping guests discover the perfect wine for every moment.
The culinary offering was designed as an elegant extension of the wine experience. Refined accompaniments such as caviar, lobster, exclusive cheeses, and handcrafted chocolate truffles complement the selection, while rare air-dried meat specialties are carved tableside using a traditional Berkel machine — a showcase of craftsmanship and stylish presentation.
Among the highlights are three exclusive wines from the Tuscan winery Il Palagio, owned by Sting and Trudie Styler. Only 100 bottles of each label are available onboard, personally signed by Sting.

Shore Club on 11 at The Conservatory: Mediterranean Lifestyle Reimagined


Located directly beside the Conservatory Pool, Shore Club on 11 at The Conservatory brings the relaxed atmosphere of Mediterranean beach clubs onboard. The concept invites guests to enjoy long, carefree afternoons by the water while serving freshly prepared Mediterranean dishes, from light salads and grilled specialties to savory and sweet crêpes, artisanal gelato, and wellness-focused options.
A playful beverage concept featuring creative cocktails and a wide selection of non-alcoholic creations reinforces the modern and refreshing character of the offering.
New Additions to the Signature Dining Experiences
In addition, EXPLORA III will debut on August 3 with a series of culinary innovations across the existing Signature Restaurants, which will gradually be introduced throughout the fleet.
Anthology presents a new menu that continues its refined interpretation of Italian fine dining culture, featuring regional ingredients and culinary storytelling.
Crema Café is expanding its selection with new lifestyle-oriented beverages inspired by modern café culture.
In-Suite Dining will also introduce a new menu, further enhancing the comfort and freedom of the private dining experience onboard.
