Norwegian Cruise Line: update on suspension of sailings

Due to the current global environment, Norwegian Cruise Line is extending the suspension of all sailings across the fleet through July 31, 2020.

Guests who had an active reservation on one of the suspended Norwegian Cruise Line sailings have automatically received a 125% or 150% refund of their cruise fare in the form of a Future Cruise Credit which can be applied towards any Norwegian Cruise Line voyage through December 31, 2022.

Norwegian Cruise Line is also giving an additional 20% discount when guests book by May 31, 2020 using their Future Cruise Credit on cruises embarking October 1, 2020 – December 31, 2022! The discount will be automatically applied when guests make the reservation, including when they book online.

Guests who prefer to not take advantage of a future cruise credit for suspended sailings scheduled to embark beginning May 15, 2020, can elect to receive a lesser refund to the original form of payment 90 days after submitting a Refund Form located here. The request must be submitted no later than May 27, 2020 for all cruises departing through June 2020.

For cruises originally scheduled to depart in July 2020, refunds can be submitted between June 8 – June 26, 2020.

Guests who prefer to not take advantage of a future cruise credit for suspended sailings scheduled to embark beginning July 1 – July 31, can elect to receive a lesser refund to the original form of payment 90 days after submitting a Refund Form found on the website. Refund requests must be submitted by no later than 11:59 pm EST on June 19, 2020.
